NPI – New Product Introduction
New Product Introduction is an element of Lean thinking. NPI shall ensure that all new products, whether it concerns prototypes PPAP or FAI, guided safely through the process. The goal is, with as little expense as possible, to move quickly to approve the first issue. At the same time it is ensured that all prerequisites for series production are present.
MillPart uses FAI at the commissioning of all new products. Our goal is to deliver new items with PPAP documentation within five working days.
