Components for defence systems
In defence projects, we work with components for hydraulic systems, weapons control, and vehicle platforms. Materials range from ductile iron to high-alloy steel grades, where requirements for impact resistance, stability, and temperature tolerance exceed standard industrial norms.
Robust design and validated production
Typical components include valve blocks, housings, and pressurised modules, where functional surfaces and sealing interfaces must maintain geometry under vibration and shock. We machine medium-volume batches, with each batch validated through inspection reports and process flow plans.
Tolerances of 0.01 mm are maintained throughout the entire production process, and we perform testing and assembly when required within the project scope. All materials and processes are documented in accordance with EN/AS 9100 and customer-specific security standards.
