We collaborate with certified partners on surface processes for aerospace, defence, and energy applications. The treatments are performed in accordance with specified standards and form an integrated part of the delivery.
Surface treatment to certified standards
We offer surface treatment through certified partners who operate according to documented processes and specifications from the aerospace industry. All treatments are carried out in compliance with EN/AS 9100 and meet the standards required for components with high demands for corrosion resistance, adhesion, and functional stability.
Process planning and documentation in collaboration with the customer
Surface treatment is planned in close collaboration with the customer to ensure that the process and specifications match the component’s geometry and operating environment. All results are documented with process certificates, inspection reports, and material data, which are integrated into the complete documentation package.
Long-term partnerships with specialized suppliers
We do not perform surface treatment in-house but work with the same specialized suppliers we have partnered with for more than 15 years. This enables us to deliver components with precisely the surface treatment required by the customer.
