Advanced CNC machining for complex geometries
Production is based on three-, four-, and five-axis CNC machines, used for components with high geometric complexity and defined tolerance requirements.
Our production capacity typically covers batch sizes of approximately 100 to 1,000 units, with each batch running according to a validated process plan with defined measurement points and repeatable cycles. We do not focus on mass production, but on components with a high level of complexity.

Flexible machine park and stable quality across batch sizes
Our combined machine park enables machining of very small components up to 800 × 800 × 800 mm. The combination of automated handling, process control, and metrological verification allows us to deliver components with stable quality, regardless of batch size or material.
