TQM
Quality in our production is achieved through systematic, documented process control. Our quality management is built around Total Quality Management (TQM), where every stage from raw material to finished component is integrated into a controlled flow.
TQM as a framework for documented process stability
We operate in accordance with EN/AS 9100 and use TQM as the framework for continuous improvement, process measurement, and deviation management. The objective is not only to meet requirements, but to maintain documented process stability in components with tolerances down to the micrometre level.
Full traceability throughout the quality management system
The quality system provides full traceability of materials, tools, and measurements. Each component is registered with a unique ID, and data from machining and inspection are directly linked to the order. This enables us to document precision, process deviations, and production history for all components.
TQM also covers the validation of special processes. Honing, thermal deburring, and ultrasonic cleaning are performed as qualified processes with verified parameters and measurement data. First Article Inspection is carried out in accordance with AS9102, and project execution is documented according to PPAP and APQP, depending on customer requirements.
Systematic audits and continuous improvement
Internal audits are conducted systematically to ensure that process data and production results remain under control. Root cause analyses and improvement actions are recorded as part of the quality management system and actively used to optimize equipment, programs, and process design.
At our company, TQM is a practical management principle. Every operator, engineer, and employee works within the same structure, where measurements, procedures, and results are directly linked to production.
