Typical batch sizes range from 200 to 1,000 units, produced in automated FMS lines with in-process measurement and robot-controlled handling. Materials range from aluminum to cast iron, depending on weight and pressure requirements.

Optimized flow and documented performance

Flow channels are machined using honing and thermal deburring to ensure uniform flow and low pressure loss in hydraulic circuits. Components are delivered cleaned and tested, ready for assembly at the customer’s facility.
