Special processes

Special processes

We operate in-house special processes that support precision machining of hydraulic and geometrically complex components. These processes are integrated into the production flow and documented in accordance with EN/AS 9100 requirements.

Honing

Honing

We perform honing on CNC machines with tolerances down to 0.001 mm. The process is applied to hydraulic bores and cylindrical surfaces where surface finish and dimensional stability must be maintained throughout. Honing provides a uniform surface structure, optimal fit, and controlled flow within the hydraulic circuit.

Thermal deburring

Thermal deburring

Thermal deburring is carried out using an explosion-based process (TED), in which a controlled combustion removes all remaining burrs in hard-to-reach areas without affecting geometry or surface finish. The process delivers consistent results regardless of complexity and eliminates the risk of particles that could compromise hydraulic systems.

Ultrasonic cleaning

Ultrasonic cleaning

After deburring, components undergo ultrasonic cleaning to remove particles and microscopic residues from machining. The cleaning is performed in temperature-controlled tanks with filtered fluid, where intensity and duration are adjusted to the material type and component design.

The processes are documented and validated as part of the overall quality control. Results are recorded digitally and included in the customer documentation package, ensuring that cleanliness and functional requirements can be traced and verified for each individual component.

Ultrasonic cleaning and thermal deburring

The thermal process removes microburrs through a controlled ignition cycle, while ultrasonic cleaning eliminates all remaining particles and residues. Both processes are fully documented and validated to meet aerospace and hydraulic cleanliness standards.
