The energy sector places demands on components that operate in continuous service over decades. We manufacture manifold blocks, connection housings, and hydraulic components for wind and energy systems, where tightness, stability, and corrosion resistance are critical.
Precision machining for demanding operating conditions
Machining is carried out in cast iron, steel, and aluminium, depending on pressure levels and temperature conditions. Geometries up to 500 × 500 × 500 mm are machined with tolerances down to 0.01 mm. Surfaces are honed and deburred in-house to ensure optimal flow distribution and minimal pressure loss.
We have experience with components used in pitch and yaw systems, hydraulic control units, and energy transmission applications. Our process documentation is often used directly in customers’ maintenance and lifetime analyses.
